GED/High School Equivalency Transcript and Diploma Request

Our office issues these certificates to students who have completed the GED exam.

You can request your GED transcript and/or diploma by completing the ROE #51 GED Diploma/Transcript Request Form

There is a $10 non-refundable fee required to obtain your transcript or diploma. All requests are processed in the order received.
